The call center is equipped with the latest technology providing continous data recording. All calls are recorded into our computer data base. It is possible to order a taxi either by phone (on one of the 6 lines ) or on the internet 24 hours a day in foreign languages as well. Thanks to our large vehicle pool and the well organized communication we can send an appropriate vehicle in 2-5 or 10 minutes.
