The predecessor of Radio Tele5 Taxi Holding Ltd. was established in the 1980s; hence most of our employees have 20 years work experience.
The Radio Tele5 Taxi Holding Ltd. started the business as the successor of Radio Taxi and Tele5 Taxi (earlier partially Buda Taxi) on 24. 09. 2010. The company disposes 840 cars and has 900 employees.
Not only is Radio Tele5 Taxi the biggest in Budapest, but thanks to the developments carried out and introduced in liaison with Bull Hungary, Cisco Hungary and other leading telecommunication partners, the taxi company is also the most modern one.
Our daily rate of passenger transport is around 150 000. Among are corporate clients are noted multinational and public financed companies, local councils and state organizations. All cars are equipped with MasterCard, VISA and American Express onboard card terminals.
Our electronic taxi card (replacing the earlier taxi checks), unrivalled on the market, is at our corporate as well as international and national clients’ disposal. It provides cost centre/group online expense monitoring service, query opportunities and by appropriate regulation approximately 20% cost reduction for our corporate clients and provides safe and reliable cash sparing solutions payable via the internet for our private partners.
We suggest our corporate clients to use the convenience of a contract. Ensuing the contracting our partners are eligible to use our service at a reduced price, to use convetional or e-cheques and among others deferred payment once a month.

GPS identified booking is free of charge with the help of mobiles using Windows Mobile Android operating system or iPhone.

The company's Ethics Committee is responsible for the regular control of the vehicle pool. It tests the technical and aesthetical condition of the cars, the work and appearance of the drivers and the call center service.
Co-workers and co-operating partners
Our drivers possess all the permits and insurances necessary for the trade. They have an average work experience of 14 years, language skills enabling good work performance, and thorough local knowledge.
Our colleagues working at the call center have several years of work experience and language skills.
Our admin staff working in the background are motivated and efficient, providing solid ground for colleagues in daily contact with our clients and the management.
Call Center
The call center is equipped with the latest technology providing continuous data recording. All calls are recorded into our computer data base. As mentioned earlier, booking is also possible via the internet and other phone applications. Our 14 call center stations await calls round the clock in English and German as well.
Our call center equipped with CISCO IP possesses a multi-circuit insurance to ensure continuous service. The center has digital sound- and data recording system, taping telephone calls and URH calls continuously 24 hours a day.
Recordings are kept for 6 months, other information are kept for a year, to ensure the quick investigation of complaints among others.
